This policy sets out the rules for using the ViviMate IPTV subscription service. By using the service, you agree to follow these rules and to use the service only for lawful, personal viewing purposes.
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. Do not share credentials, resell access, or allow unauthorized users to access your subscription.
You may not use the service to: redistribute, rebroadcast, or publicly perform content; attempt to bypass access controls; interfere with our servers or network; use automated tools to scrape content; harass other users or support staff; or engage in any illegal activity.
Content delivered through the service is licensed to you for personal streaming only. You may not copy, record, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without proper authorization.
Excessive automated connections, bandwidth abuse, or any activity that degrades the service for other users is prohibited. We may throttle, suspend, or terminate access if abuse is detected.
Violations of this policy may result in suspension, termination, or permanent ban without refund. We may also report illegal activity to the appropriate authorities.
If you become aware of misuse of the service, please report it to ViviMate support on WhatsApp. Include as much detail as possible so we can investigate promptly.
