Our Role

ViviMate is a reseller of third-party IPTV streaming access. We do not host, own, encode, broadcast, or control the content delivered through the IPTV services we resell. All channels, VOD, and live events are provided by independent third-party content sources.

Reporting Copyright Concerns

If you believe content accessed through our resold service infringes your copyright, please send a detailed notice to our support team. Include a description of the work, the exact channel or content, the date and time observed, and your contact information.

What We Do Next

Upon receiving a valid copyright notice, we will review the claim, forward it to the relevant upstream provider, and take reasonable steps within our control. This may include removing references to the reported content from our listings or suspending access if required by law.

Counter-Notice

If you believe content was removed or disabled by mistake, you may submit a counter-notice with your contact details, a statement of good faith, and consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate legal venue.

Repeat Infringers

We reserve the right to terminate accounts of users who repeatedly misuse the service to distribute, retransmit, or publicly perform copyrighted content without authorization, in accordance with applicable law.
