Refunds are reviewed case by case. We may issue a refund if you experience a verified technical issue we cannot resolve within 48 hours of reporting it, or if the service was not delivered as described. Refunds are not provided for change of mind after the trial period.
Refunds are generally not available for: temporary outages caused by third-party content sources, issues with your own internet connection or device, misuse of credentials, account sharing violations, or purchases made without trying the free trial first.

Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your payment provider. Processing fees charged by third-party payment processors may be deducted where applicable.
You may upgrade or extend your subscription at any time. Downgrades or partial cancellations for already active periods are not eligible for a prorated refund unless required by applicable law.
